Establishing a Hungarian company from abroad

We can prepare all the necessary documents to establish a company after an online discussion. There are 3 options for signing the company documents:

Option 1:
Signing the documents in our offices personally after making an appointment.

Option 2: (Remote signature)
Printing the documents needed to establish the company and signing by hand. In this case, in front of an online camera, the clients must acknowledge the signatures as their own. Subsequently, the signed documents must be posted to our law firm so the attorney in charge can countersign the documents.

Option 3: (Electronic remote signature)
The third option is signing the documents digitally. The client must register to an e-IDAS-compatible e-signature platform (we can recommend several). The use of a camera is also required during registration because these signing platforms also identify the signing person. After the registration process, the client can sign the documents this way with some clicks.

Once signed, the documents are submitted to the relevant court of registration, which usually registers the company within 2-10 days if everything is in order.

All of the documents we prepare are bilingual. We have a data request consisting of several questions, which the client needs to fill in in order to get the information we need to set up your company.

If the founder is a foreign company, a few authentic foreign documents are required (e.g. certificate of incorporation, specimen signature). For the translation of these documents into Hungarian, our law firm will proceed through the appropriate translation agency. Our law firm will take over the entire administration in this respect.

If the founder is a foreigner and not domiciled in Hungary, a proxy agent must be used. Our law firm provides proxy service for an annual fee.

In the absence of a property that can be used as a registered seat, our law firm undertakes full case management in order to obtain a registered seat provider.
